"To write this is a deeply emotional experience for me. I can't thank Simran enough, and can't stop recommending her enough.
As someone who has had a long standing history with IBS, and not the healthiest of lifestyle choices in my coping mechanisms; I knew my system internally was out of whack, my bloodwork showed it. My mind and body was out of sync.
Let me just put it out there — your gut is your mind, and your mind is your gut in more ways than you can imagine. The connection is deep if not absolute. And there is no way work on your mind can be substitute for working on your gut either. But let's just let Simran walk you through this.
I started my work with her knowing, I wanted to put my system back in order, without adequate tools internally to keep up. I was afraid and not ready for the vulnerability in owning up — I was aware.
From the first call itself, Simran had got me. Her kind, empathic approach and deeply informed expertise in her work, gave me just the right space to begin to put my faith and trust in — I was in a safe space. She hand held me throughout, patiently and lovingly, teaching me how to listen to and understand my body. She helped me get my system in sync, and how to continue to in moments they were not. She was reachable, she was helpful and hopeful, even on days I wasn't.
I of course deepened my own knowledge at an experiential level through the process, she will make sure of that. But you can't get the person she is in your healing journey elsewhere. She is one of the most wonderful people I have met in my life but beyond that her knowledge, patience and perseverance is a true treasure. It's an experience I will forever carry, as she has taught me to now to be on my own, the tools are now a part of me.
Like I said, I can't thank her enough. Can't recommend her enough. And am grateful beyond words for this experience with her."
